It all began with the Steak Sauce

Our Steak Sauce is a recipe that uses crisp Washington apples, Vidalia onions, prunes, vinegar some sugar and a little salt. We carefully combine the ingredients before naturally and slowly allowing it to reduce, becoming a thick Steak Sauce. 

No thickening agents are used here.

When the sauce has reached a perfect consistency we add our unique blend of spices. Then we allow our Steak Sauce to slowly infuse the spices before bottling it.

It is a perfect balance of sweet with a little sharpness backed up by a whole lot of spice. Try it on a filet mignon and allow the sauce to compliment your perfectly cooked meat!
