Cajun VinaigretteThen came the CajunThe inspiration for this Vinaigrette came from a restaurant Daragh Matheson worked in. It was a Cajun Shrimp dish with one of the best sauces he had ever tasted. The Matheson Food Co. worked hard to convert this sauce into a perfect complement for any salad. In fact it also tastes great on Shrimp, Chicken and White fish. A little Cajun spice with some lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce apple cider vinegar and finished with some clover honey add a little spice to any dish. |
