Where’s the Ahi Poki?

The next Vinaigrette was our beloved Asian. The classic Ahi Poke (Hawaiian Tuna) dish was our inspiration for this dressing.

Is there any more perfect dish then Ahi? We took some oil, a little soy, some ginger and sesame oil before finishing it with lightly toasted sesame seeds and some honey to give us a truly creamy and full flavor Asian Sauce.

Our clients love this sauce and it has become one our biggest selling sauces. It is a perfect dressing for a Southwest Chicken salad but equally good on shrimp, chicken or fish.
