Citrus Vinaigrette

Brenda’s first sauce!

It was Brenda Matheson’s idea to create a citrus dressing for the more health conscious people who wanted a vinaigrette that was lighter and contained less oil.

So, we embarked on a journey to work a recipe using less oil but not adding water. Spending many weeks testing different recipes the Matheson Food Co developed this wonderful citrus sauce.

A careful balance of juiced oranges, vinegar, oil honey and fresh garlic combine to give our dressing a unique flavor profile and a light taste. This dressing is a wonderful accompaniment to any summer salad.
